Hybrid 300 Hour Structure
Phase 1 — Online Foundation
June–August
Weekly live sessions + practicum prep
Purpose: build shared language and prepare for immersion.
Phase 2 — 2-Week Intensive
September 2–15

Yes. This program is structured to meet the requirements for a 300 Hour Registered Yoga School (RYS 300). Upon successful completion of all contact hours, practicum requirements, and assessments, graduates will receive certification eligible for Yoga Alliance registration at the 500-hour level when combined with a completed 200-hour training.

A small cohort ensures high-level feedback, meaningful mentorship, and personalized refinement during the 2-week intensive.
Once the cohort is full, enrollment closes.

However, a detailed travel and lodging guide will be provided, including nearby hotels, recommended Airbnbs, and transportation options. The intensive takes place in Valley Park, Missouri, approximately 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis and accessible via St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

Meals are not included. There will be a daily lunch break during the intensive, and participants are encouraged to bring food or explore nearby dining options.

Full attendance during the September 2–15 residency is strongly expected due to the immersive nature of the program.
In the event of an emergency, make-up assignments and additional mentorship hours may be required to complete certification requirements.

• Complete all required contact hours
• Attend the full 2-week intensive
• Complete assigned practicum hours
• Pass final teaching assessments

The online foundation phase includes live sessions to foster interaction, accountability, and applied learning.
Recordings will be available for review, but live participation is strongly encouraged.

The 2-week intensive includes daily movement, lab work, and teaching practice. While modifications and intelligent pacing are built into the curriculum, participants should be prepared for full-day engagement and active participation.

Once accepted, a $750 deposit secures your seat. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed enrollment agreement.
