“My name is Lara Ramos and I connected with Jules in 2021 at her studio Yoga Bliss in Downtown Cocoa Beach. It was very clear from the get go that her classes were special. Jules’ s teachings are very rooted in the yoga tradition while incorporating drills and mobility that helps you take your practice to the next the level. Jules gives clear cues and direct precise instruction that inspire me to become a better Yoga Teacher and a better Yoga Practitioner. Jules’s teachings and mentoring help me find the code to unlock a deeper practice. It was truly a joy to witness how other students in class were slowly unlocking their full potential as well. There is always a time in your Yoga practice journey where you start to feel stuck and as a default lose motivation. Jules has the gift to spark that inspiration back into your soul. Her teachings are not only to the physical part of the practice but also on how to transfer that Yoga off the mat. It is almost impossible not to become friends outside of the Yoga Room. Jules is very approachable after class. I witness her true dedication after class when students came and wanted guidance or clarification (including me). My favorite part was exploring new sequences and flowing together with friends. Life sometimes takes you to different places however I look forward to move, flow, and talk about life with my dear teacher, mentor and friend.”
