Meet Jules
Hi, I'm Jules.
I'm a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, meditation guide, and writer.
Like many people, I've spent seasons of my life pushing through exhaustion, carrying responsibilities that weren't mine, and believing that rest had to be earned.
The reflections in this book were born from my own experiences with burnout, healing, boundaries, grief, and learning how to return to myself again and again.
My hope is that these words help you feel a little less alone.
Early Reader Reflections
This book was written for people who have spent a long time holding everything together.
For the ones who learned how to keep functioning, keep caring, keep showing up, even when they were overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or quietly struggling underneath it all.
Burnout does not always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like being dependable.
Like becoming the person everyone relies on while slowly losing connection with yourself in the process.
Many of us are carrying more than we realize.
Stress. Pressure. Grief. Uncertainty. Emotional overload.
The constant feeling of needing to keep up with a world that rarely slows down long enough to ask how we are actually doing.
This book is not here to fix you.
It is not asking you to become more productive, more positive, or more emotionally perfected.
It is an invitation to pause.
To listen inward.
To reconnect with your body, your emotions, your boundaries, and the quieter parts of yourself that may have been overlooked for a long time.
